Request deletion of personal data
You may request deletion of personal data associated with the company’s digital services by emailing privacy@YOUR-DOMAIN.com with the subject line “User Data Deletion Request”.
What to include
To help us locate the relevant information, include:
- Your name
- The email address used with the service
- Any relevant account identifier
- A description of your deletion request
Reviewing requests
We may need to reasonably verify your identity before processing a request. We will confirm receipt and provide an update after reviewing it.
Records that may be retained
Some records may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention or accounting obligations.
